ABSTRACT
ABSTRACT The effect of operational audit, internal control, Good clinical governance, and work motivation on the effectiveness of health services in hospitals. This study uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population in this study were hospitals in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. Determination of the sample of this study using purposive sampling method and obtained a research sample of 100 respondents. The data was analyzed using the SPSS version 27 program. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that operational audits have no effect on the effectiveness of health services, internal control affects the effectiveness of health services, good corporate governance has no effect on the effectiveness of health services, work motivation affects the effectiveness of health services.
