Keanekaragaman Tumbuhan Asing Invasif Di Hutan Adat Ghimbo Bonca Lida Kecamatan Kampa Kabupaten Kampar
ABSTRACT
Ghimbo Bonca Lida Customary Forest is an ecological area that has high
biodiversity and functions as a living space and important resource for indigenous
peoples. In recent years, local communities have introduced plant species as cover
for open land. While well-intentioned, there are concerns that some of the planted
species are potentially invasive and threaten the dominance of native species. This
research aims to: First, identify invasive alien plant species in Ghimbo Bonca Lida
Customary Forest. Second, analyze potential threats from invasive alien plant
species in Ghimbo Bonca Lida Customary Forest. The method used is Purposive
Sampling with a Sampling Intensity of 5% in 25 plotted lines measuring 20 m ×
100 m, which are spread across three locations, namely the edge, middle and end
of the area. The results showed that there were 139 species from 61 families, with
9 species from 8 families identified as invasive alien plant species. These species
do not yet dominate the plant community as a whole, so the potential threat to native
species is still relatively low. However, continuous monitoring remains necessary
to prevent future changes in ecosystem structure.
