This Thesis discusses inpatient information systems at Keluarga Sehat Doktor Bastian clinic. In processing the patients data is still using Microsoft Excel and processing inpatient data treatment is still manually. To improve data accuracy, inpatient information system development is required which will facilitate the clinic to manage the data of inpatients and preparing the reports. This system information is using a programming language such as HTML, PHP, and the database is using MySQL. While it has been designed by using a flowchart, context diagrams, charts tiered (Hierarchy Chart), data dictionary, and E-R diagram (Entity Relationship). The hospital information system will greatly facilitate the clinic in managing the data related to inpatient health care so that the process can be done quickly and easily and avoid a mistakes.
