This final project discusses Making Goods Inventory Information System at the State Elementary School 11 Kerinci Left Right Kerinci Subdistrict Siak. The system contains information about the school's inventory data collection process equipment, such as making available data storage of goods, goods data entry, data items used, and the data is damaged goods, as well as the preparation of reports required by the administration of the school. The information system is designed to use flow charts, Eternity Relation Diagram, Context Diagram and Data Flow Diagram. The development model used is a model flowchart. Model flowchart is a sequence of activities undertaken in the development of systems ranging from the determination of the issues, requirements analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance. By using this method, the manufacturing information system would be more thorough. The programming language used is PHP programming language, whereas for the MySQL database which is a feature of the application XAMPP.
