Analisis Keunggulan Bersaing Usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah Berbasis Inovasi (Studi Pada Umkm Makanan Khas Pekanbaru Bolu Kemojo Luky)
ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in order to analyze internal environmental factors (strengths and weaknesses), external environmental factors (opportunities and threats) and formulate and then select alternative innovation-based competitive advantage strategies from Bolu Kemojo Luky MSMEs using a SWOT (Strength, Weakness) analysis approach. , Opportunity, Threat).
This research uses a qualitative descriptive method from the results of in-depth interviews with informants, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research was processed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, SWOT Matrix and quadrant analysis.
The research results show that the situation of Bolu Kemojo Luky MSMEs is in good condition because there are strengths that are utilized to seize profitable opportunities (quadrant 1). For this reason, an alternative strategy can be used, namely development (aggressive strategy). Innovations that can be used by UMKM Bolu Kemojo Luky refer to product innovations, namely flavor variants that are more modern but still maintain the taste they have as well as innovations in processes that can be carried out by optimizing the development of information technology systems.
