Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Driver Jasa Antar Barang Terhadap Upah Minimum Kota (Studi Kasus Driver Motor Sap Express Pekanbaru)

ABSTRAK
Online transportation is a form of application-based technological development that
received a positive response when it was first introduced, because it is considered
the best innovation of our time. The existence of transportation makes it easier to
move people and goods from one location to another. One of the online
transportation services currently operating in the field of goods delivery is SAP
Express. PT Satria Antaran Prima (SAP Express) was founded on September 9 2014
in Jakarta. The development of SAP Express as an online-based service in
Pekanbaru is quite rapid and also helps to provide employment opportunities for
some drivers to make their main or side jobs. SAP Express courier services are used
as a source of income, where investments made in the online transportation sector
require quite large costs, so research needs to be done. The aim of the research is to
determine the income of SAP Express Motorcycle Drivers and analyze the financial
feasibility of SAP Express Motorcycle Drivers. The method used in the research is
the direct interview method by asking several questions on a questionnaire sheet to
13 SAP Express Drivers. The data needed is investment data, operational costs,
fixed costs and services. From the research results, it was found that the average net
salary for SAP Express Drivers was IDR 4,857,596. The average IRR value was
65.84%, the average NPV value was IDR 134,902,857, the average BCR value was
1.46, the minimum BEP achieved was IDR 223,615 with a payback period of 5
months. Based on the results of the financial feasibility analysis carried out on the
City Minimum Wage for goods delivery courier services at SAP Express Pekanbaru,
it was declared feasible to implement.
