Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Disiplin Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Resty Menara Pekanbaru

This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and discipline on employee performance of Resty Menara Hotel in Pekanbaru.
The population and samples in this study were all employee about 75 people. The resourse of data were used primary and secondary data. The samples were taken by interview and questionnaire. The method of analysis were used in this regression of quantitative descriptive and multiple regression analysis with SPSS 17 version of programme.
Based on the results of multiple regression analysis, simultaneously test showed that motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The influence of each independent variables on dependent variable could be seen by partial test, with R2 was 65,2% . Therefore, motivation (X1) and discipline (X2) had a significant effect on employee performance (Y).
Finally for suggested, for the Resty Menara Hotel to watched another factors what was can influence on employee performance, during the company and the employee were both work partner that needed each other for the welfare of the company.
