Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sma Negeri 1 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and competence simultaneously on teacher performance SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. The population in this study were teachers SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Regency totaling 82 people. The samples were defined in this study were all teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Regency totaling 82 people. Data collection methods used interviews and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis approach. The results showed that the results of multiple linear regression equation coefficients are positive resulting in a positive effect between job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and competence of the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kecamatan Tebing Tinggi Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti. Job satisfaction variables (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and competence (X3), jointly significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Tebing Tinggi District of Meranti Islands District. Determinant coefficient value (R Square) of 0741 are in the strong category. This means that the effect of job satisfaction (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and competence (X3) on teacher performance (Y) amounted to 74.1% while the remaining amount (100% - 74.1 = 25.9%) is influenced by other variables that are beyond of variable job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and this competence.
