This study aims to analyze the influence of Supervision of the Occupational Health Safety (K3), the effect of commitment to Occupational Health Safety (K3), the influence of education and training on Occupational Health Safety (K3) and to analyze the effect of supervision, commitment and education and training for Health and Safety (K3) Employee Parts Factory In. Top Agri Rigunas Gardens Peranap Indragiri Hulu. The population in this study is the population for this study are employees of Palm Oil Mill at. Top Agri Rigunas Gardens Peranap Indragiri Hulu regency as many as 243 people. In the sampling, the authors use a simple random sampling method, as many as 71 people. In this study, the data obtained will be processed by multiple linear regression model (multiple regression). Regression method can be used to show how independent variables affect the dependent variable. Supervision of research results influence the Occupational Health Safety (K3) Section Factory PT. Top Agri Rigunas Gardens Peranap Indragiri Hulu. Commitment effect on Occupational Health Safety (K3) Section Factory PT. Top Agri Rigunas Gardens Peranap Indragiri Hulu. Education and training influence on Occupational Health Safety (K3) Section Factory PT. Top Agri Rigunas Gardens Peranap Indragiri Hulu. This is due to the education and training that will affect the Occupational Health Safety (K3) in completing the work. Commitment, Oversight and education and training have an effect of 53.20%.
