Observation of the data obtained from the description observation analyzed by processing the data from the observations made in game throwing ball into basket. The population in this study was a kindergarten group B tk is mother love outspread stone district regency rokan downstream downstream with 12 children. The results of this study showed that the results of the activities of the group B throwing ball into basket game was originally 36,25% due to the lack of variety in play activities. After improvement actions with throwing ball into basket play activities with the results obtained in the first cycle by 49,58% while in the second cycle using throwing ball into basket group play activities with the contested acquired approximately 78,33%. This indicates an increase in gross motor skills learning outcomes (body balance) were performed in the first cycle and the second in group B Shoots kindergarten tk is mother love outspread stone district regency rokan downstream.
