Penentuan Waktu Imsakiyah Bulan Ramadhan Menggunakan Metode Cooper Dan Fletcher Dengan Software Matlab

ABSTRACT
The implementation of Fasting is carried out at predetermined times, Fasting time starts from the rising dawn or approximately 10 minutes before Shubuh prayer time that commonly referred to the time of Imsakiyah. Research for determining the time of Imsakiyah in the month of Ramadhan using the Sun declanation formula from the Cooper and Fletcher approach has been used. The time of Imsakiyah was simulated using MATLAB R2017a software, by taken Imsakiyah data samples in Pekanbaru city from 2007 to 2017. Program computer was developed with Matlab GUI programming language. The results show that the time of Imsakiyah obtained from Indonesia Ministry of Religious for the city of Pekanbaru with the Cooper and Fletcher Approach differed from 0 to 1 minute from the observation data. In 2011 and 2013 the time of Imsakiyah reached its maximum value at 4.48 WIB and the time of Imsakiyah reached the minimum value in 2007 at 4.32 WIB. In 2007 to 2010 the time of Imsakiyah started earlier while in 2013 to 2017 the time of Imsakiyah started late, this was due to the position of the Earth which was always changing every day. This Research was also designed as a model in determining the Imsakiyah time in the month of Ramadhan in the following years. In 2019 the month of Ramadhan fasting beginson May 6 at 4.39 WIB. This Imsakiyah time simulation program makes it easier for users to calculate their desired the time of Imsakiyah.
