The Influence Of Company Size, Leverage, Institutional Ownership, Family Ownership, And Women On The Board Of Directors On The Disclosure Of Carbon Emissions (Empirical Study On Mining Companies That Listed On The Indonesia Stock Exchange)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of company size, leverage,
institutional ownership, family ownership, and women on the boardof directors on
disclosure of carbon emissions in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange for the period 2018-2020.
The population in this study are mining companies listed on the Indonesia
Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique in this study
used purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 41 companies. The
data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study indicate that company size, institutional, and
women on the board of directors have an effect on carbon emissions disclosure,
while leverage and family ownership have no effect on carbon emissions
disclosure.
