Pengaruh Integrity System, Kompetensi Sdm Dan Pemanfaatan Ti Terhadap Akuntabilitas Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Pada Opd Kota Pekanbaru Provinsi Riau)

ABSTRACT
This study is to examine the effect of system integrity, human resource competence
and the use of information technology on the accountability of study performance
in regional organizations in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province. In this study, the
sampled population was 43 regional organizations. Sampling using purposive
sampling method. Data analysis in this study is part of the testing process data
after the stage of selecting and collecting data in the study. Data that have been
collected and analyzed using descriptive analysis and verification analysis.
verification analysis in this study uses modeling SEM (structural equation
modeling) equations based on variance with using Smart PLS software version 3.
The results of the study concluded that the integrity system had no significant
effect on performance accountability and human resource competence and the use
of information technology had a significant effect on performance accountability.
