This research is the result of an empirical study that shows the facts in explaining the nature of the object under study through statistical principles. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the Effect of Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability, Organizational Commitment, and Community Participation on Village Government Performance. The object of this research is in the village government of Kampar Regency.
This research method is carried out with a survey conducted in 2021. In this study using respondents, namely the village head/village secretary/village treasurer/staff. The total population in this study was all of the villages in Kampar Regency totaling 242 villages.The results of testing the first hypothesis can be concluded that the Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability variable affects the Village Government Performance. This means that the better the Village Fund Allocation Management Accountability implemented in the Village in Kampar Regency, the better the Village Government Performance.
The results of testing the second hypothesis can be concluded that the variable Organizational Commitment has an effect on Village Government Performance. This means that the better the Organizational Commitment implemented in the Village in Kampar Regency, the better the Performance of the Village Government. The results of testing the third hypothesis can be concluded that the Community Participation variable has an effect on Village Government Performance. This means that the better the Community Participation in the Village in Kampar Regency, the better the Performance of the Village Government.
