Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kesiapan Pemerintah Daerah Dalam Pelaksanaan Sipd Di Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of human resource competence, the use of information technology, organizational commitment, and the availability of incentives on the readiness of local governments to implement SIPD in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) of Pekanbaru City, amounting to 45 OPD. The sampling method used in this study was a saturated sample. The source of this research data is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 270 respondents. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis with Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) version 26.0. The results of this study indicate that human resource competence, utilization of information technology, organizational commitment, and availability of incentives have an effect on on the readiness of local governments in the implementation of SIPD.
