Pengaruh Pelaksanaan Anggaran, Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia Dan Komitmen Pimpinan Terhadap Penyerapan Anggaran Covid-19 Di Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of budget implementation, quality of human resources and leaders' commitments on the absroption of the covid-19 budget in local goverment of riau province. The research method used is quantitative research methods. The population in this study is the local government of riau province, amounting to 10 OPD. The sample in this study was 10 OPD with 7-8 respondents in each OPD. So all the total respondents are 73 respondents. Data analysis was carried out by classical assumption test and hypothesis testing by multiple regression method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that budget implementation has an effect on the absorption of the covid-19 budget in OPD of riau province. Meanwhile, the quality of human resources and leaders’ commitments have no effect on the absorption of the covid-19 budget in OPD of riau province
