Pengaruhkompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia,Sistem Pengendalian Internaldan Partisipasi Masyarakatterhadap Pengelolaan Danadesadengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Moderasi (Studi Pada Desa Di Kabupaten Kampar)
The aim of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of human
resource competence, internal control system and community participation on the
management of village funds with organizational commitment as a moderating
variable in Kampar Regency.
The population in this study were all villages in Kampar Regency. The
sampling method used was purposive sampling with village criteria including
independent villages and developed villages, totaling 64 villages. Data analysis
for hypothesis testing used multiple regression analysis and Moderated
Regression Analysis (MRA).
The result indicated that the competence of human resources, internal
control systems and community participation had an effect on the management of
village funds. And organizational commitment moderated the effect of human
resource competence, internal control system and community participation on
village fund management.
