Status Keberkelanjutan Pengelolaan Hutan Mangrove Di Kampung Rawa Mekar Jaya Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak Provinsi Riau
Mangrove damage in Riau Province is caused by excessive logging for charcoal, building materials and firewood. To prevent this impact from continuing to occur, it is necessary to have sustainable management but still prioritize various aspects of balance such as ecological, economic, social and institutional legal aspects. Starting from this, it is necessary to examine the problems that will be studied in this research, namely: 1) What is the condition of the mangrove ecosystem and the condition of the habitat of the Swamp Blossom Village at this time; 2) What is the sustainability status of mangrove forest management in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village; 3) What is the sustainable management strategy of mangrove forests for Rawa Mekar Jaya Village.
This study plan to examine the condition of the mangrove ecosystem and the sustainability status of mangrove forest management in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village and determine a sustainable policy strategy for the mangrove forest of Rawa Mekar Jaya Village. The benefits obtained from this research are as a basic concept in determining the direction for taking sustainable mangrove forest management policies.
This study uses two types of data, namely primary and secondary with an explanation of primary data collected through survey methods, with field observations, measurements and in-depth interviews in the field. This method includes ecological data such as mangrove species, biota and water quality. Secondary data was obtained from tracing through agencies in charge of several related fields, such as the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the Environment Agency (BLH), the Forestry Service, environmental NGOs and information from mangrove forest area managers. Field data collection techniques (biophysics of the mangrove environment, the economic value of mangroves) were carried out by purposive sampling with 30 respondents.
The data analysis examination did are 1) clear investigation of the state of the area, financial, social circumstances (the job and familiarity with the local area in mangrove region the board, natural improvement endeavors) and local area institutional regulation, in the administration of the mangrove woods area of Kampung Rawa Mekar Jaya, as well as the executives exercises completed by the local area. has been and will be finished from now on; 2) Sustainability status examination (MDS) is directed to decide the maintainability status of mangrove woodland region the executives; 3) Rapfish investigation was led to decide the file or manageability status of each aspect in economical mangrove timberland the board in Rawa Mekar Jaya Village.
The current status of the sustainable management of the mangrove forest of Kampung Rawa Mekar Jaya in a multidimensional manner is not sustainable with an average sustainability index of 45.62%. The results of the analysis of each

dimension indicate that the ecological dimension is included in the very sustainable category (75.67), the economic dimension indicates the unsustainable category (26.34). The socio-cultural dimension is also no different from the economic dimension where the sustainability status is in the very unsustainable category (14,92). However, the institutional legal dimension is included in the fairly sustainable category (65,56). When viewed from the community's condition on the dependence of sources of livelihood, the people of Kampung Rawa Mekar Jaya on average no longer depend on mangrove forests for their lives, but instead become farmers, laborers and tradesmen. The lever factors that need to be improved are the ecological dimension (Mangrove Species Diversity, Animal Diversity, Fauna and Biota), the Economic Dimension (Manpower Absorption, Coastal Communities Welfare, Marketing of Fishery Products) Social Dimension (Availability of Mangrove Care Community) Institutional Legal Dimension (Availability of Regulations) Formal and Informal, Formal Institutions).
