This study aims to determine the effect of Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 and the internal control system on Good Government Governance in Pekanbaru City Regional Apparatus Organizations.
The population in this study were 20 Regional Apparatus Organizations in the city of Pekanbaru with a sample of 60 employees, using a total sampling technique. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data collection techniques are interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression. The analytical tool used in this research is the SPSS program.
The results of this study conclude: Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 has a significant influence on the good government governance variable in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Pekanbaru. The internal control system has a significant influence on the good government governance variable at the Regional Apparatus Organization in Pekanbaru. The R2 value in this study was 0.385 (38.5%), it was concluded that the large influence of the variable Government Regulation Number 12 of 2019 and the internal control system on the variable of good government governance in Regional Apparatus Organizations in Pekanbaru was 38.5% and 61.5% explained by other variables in outside the model, such as government accounting standards, competence of human resources and the ability of users of information technology.
