Pengaruh Peran Satuan Pengawas Internal Terhadap Pelaksanaan Zona Integritas Dan Penerapan Prinsip Good University Governance (Studi Empiris Pada Ptn Wilayah Barat)

Internal Supervisory Unit (Satuan Pengawas Internal) is a unit formed to assist
in the implementation of supervision of the implementation of work unit duties within the
Ministry of National Education. What is meant by Internal Supervisor is the entire
process of auditing, reviewing, evaluating, monitoring and other supervisory activities on
the implementation of organizational duties and functions aimed at controlling activities,
securing wealth and assets, providing good financial reports. To appreciate the highest
management who are committed to preventing corruption, the Minister of Administrative
and Bureaucratic Reform issued Permenpan and RB Number 60 of 2012 concerning
General Guidelines for the Development of Integrity Zones (ZI) Towards a Successful
Corruption-Free Area with Permenpan Number 52 of 2014 concerning Guidelines
Development of Integrity Zones in Government Agencies.
Data analysis method used in this study is simple regression analysis. This simple
regression analysis was processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution
(SPSS) program. This analysis was conducted to determine the direction of the
relationship between the independent variables and the dependent variable whether the
independent variables are positively or negatively related and to predict the value of the
dependent variable if the value of the independent variable increases or decreases.
The results of this study indicate that when the Internal Supervisory Unit carries
out its duties in accordance with the principles of Good University Governance, which
are transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness, good
governance will be realized at the university. For example, transparency regarding the
clarity of duties and authorities of each position, good work procedures will support
transparency in work units.
