ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of financial resources, access to capital, and funding policies on the financial performance of SMEs with technology usage as a moderating variable. This research conducted on MSMEs in Pelalawan Regency with a population in this study of 2,130 MSMEs. The sampling technique used in this research is quota sampling technique. The number of samples used in this study was 200. Data collection was carried out in this study by using a questionnaire. The research hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS version 3.0 application. The results showed; Financial resources have a significant and significant impact on financial performance, Access to capital has a significant and significant impact on financial performance, Funding policies have a significant and significant impact on financial performance, Technology Usage can moderate financial resources and have a significant positive effect on financial performance, Technology Usage can moderate the relationship of access to capital to financial performance, and Technology Usage can moderate the Funding Policy and have a significant positive effect on financial performance.
