ABSTRACT
This research aims to test and analyze: (1) the influence of the implementation of green accounting in improving business sustainability, (2) the influence of the size of the organization in improving the sustainability of the effort. to realize the sustainability of business in the Private Hospital institution Pekanbaru is needed an analysis related to the implementation of green accounting in private hospitals taking into account the environmental and social impacts that are caused by its business activities, analysis is necessary regarding the size of the hospital organization. So, this research aims to analyze the influence of the application of green accounting and the size of the organization against the sustainability of the business at the Swasta Kota Pekanbaru Hospital. The population in this research is the entire Private Hospital of Pekanbaru City. In this research sampling using a census method of 14 private hospitals Pekanbaru City with a sample amount obtained by a number of 84 respondents. This research is a survey research using a descriptive quantitative approach using primary data by spreading questionnaires. The analysis method used in this research is Statictical Program For Social Science (SPSS) with an application of SPSS versions 26. This research result shows that 1) the application of green accounting affects the sustainability of the business, 2) the size of the organization affects the sustainability of the business.
