Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and liquidity on firm value with dividend policy as a moderating variable. This research was conducted on the 2017-2020 LQ-45 company index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples there are 20 companies with purposive sampling method. The research analysis used multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS program. The results showed that profitability and liquidity had a positive and significant effect on firm value. and dividend policy is able to moderate the effect of profitability on firm value, but dividend policy is not able to moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.
