ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Economic Value Added and Debt to Equity Ratio on Market Value Added in Manufacturing Companies in Basic Industry and Chemistry Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2018-2020). The population used in this study were manufacturing companies in basic industry and chemistry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018-2020, totaling 80 companies. The sampling technique was carried out by non-probability sampling by purposive sampling in order to obtain a total sample of 27 companies. The type of data used was secondary data obtained from the company's annual report. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results show that Return on Equity has effect on Market Value Added, Earning Per Share has effect on Market Value Added, Economic Value Added has no effect on Market Value Added and Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Market Value Added.
