ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of green accounting, good corporate governance (managerial ownership, institutional ownership, independent commissioners, audit committees), and firm size on firm value period 2016-2020.
The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the
Indonesia Stock Exchange, Malaysia Stock Exchange, and Thailand Stock Exchange in 2016-2020 totally 78 companies. The sample selection in this study used purposive sampling method with the number of selected samples are 63 companies. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 25 application.
The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership (significance
0,019) and independent commissioners (significance 0,018) have a significant effect on firm value with significance level
