ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect workload, competence, and audit supervision on audit quality. The population and sample used in this research are auditors who work at Public Accounting Firm in Pekanbaru dan Medan , which are registered in the Public Accounting Firm directory issued by the Institute of Indonesia Chartered Accountants. The sampling technique used is convenience sampling. The type of data used is primary data, which is obtained from the respondents' answers to the questionnaires distributed to auditors who work in Public Accounting Firms in Pekanbaru and Medan. The data analysis technique used in this study is descriptive statistical analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistics Package for Social Science) software.
The result of the research showed the workload had significant effect on audit quality, competence had significant effect on audit quality, and audit supervision had significant effect on audit quality.
