Pengaruh Implikasi Tata Kelola Yang Baik Terhadap Kinerja Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) Di Kabupaten Rokan Hilir

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of the implications of good governance on the performance of village-owned enterprises (BUMDes). This research will be conducted at BUMDes in Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study were BUMDes in Rokan Hilir Regency, namely 159 BUMDes spread across various sub-districts. The sampling technique used in this study was stratified random sampling, namely the technique of taking samples from the population randomly and stratified proportionally to be selected as samples and to determine the respondents, the slovin formula was used. So the number of samples used in this study was 61. Data collection was carried out in this study using a questionnaire. Testing the research hypothesis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results of the study show that accountability, transparency, Responsiveness and rule of law have a significant effect on BUMDes performance.
