Pengaruh Dukungan Manajemen Puncak Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Organisasi Dengan Cloud Computing Sebagai Pemediasi)
Organisational performance is the work achieved by an organisation through the management of resources owned and operated in the organisation to achieve organisational goals. Organisational performance can be measured by financial measures and may also include non-financial performance measures or both. Some financial measures of organisational performance are sales, profit margin and return on investment. Non-financial measures include customer satisfaction, employee engagement, process efficiency, innovation, quality, social responsibility and environmental impact. However, in recent years, there have been several phenomena regarding the low performance of organisations, especially MSMEs, where many have experienced bankruptcy due to the rapid change in the business climate from non-digital to all-digital, making MSMEs unable to survive for long. Therefore, it is important for MSMEs to know their organisational performance in order to survive in the business competition. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of top management support and organisational culture on organisational performance with cloud computing as a mediator to improve the performance of MSMEs to be more aware of the use of accounting information systems, especially the maximum use of cloud computing.
This research was conducted on MSMEs registered at the Pekanbaru City Cooperative and MSME Office. With a total sample in this study of 189 MSMEs selected from a population of 13,540 MSMEs registered at the Pekanbaru Cooperative Office using a survey method, sampling using the Hair formula and questionnaires distributed to MSME managers/owners both offline and online. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used SmartPLS 3 application.
The results showed that: (1) top management support affects organisational performance, (2) organisational culture affects organisational performance, (3) cloud computing affects organisational performance, (4) top management support affects cloud computing, (5) organisational culture affects cloud computing, (6) cloud computing is shown to mediate the effect of top management support on organisational performance, (7) cloud computing is shown to mediate the effect of organisational culture on organisational performance.
