Peran Mediasi Sustainability Performance Pada Pengaruh Director Tenure Terhadap Firm Value (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Energi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022)

This research aims to test and analyze the mediating role of sustainability performance on the influence of director tenure on firm value in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research is quantitative research using secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability reports. The population in this research is all energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020-2022, totaling 81 companies. The sample selection in this research used the purposive sampling method. The sample selected in this research was 43 companies selected based on predetermined criteria with a period of 3 years so that a total of 129 data were obtained. The data analysis method used in this research was multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this research show that director tenure and sustainability performance have an effect on firm value, but director tenure has no effect on sustainability performance. And sustainability performance is unable to mediate the influence of director tenure on firm value.
