Pengaruh Koneksi Politik, Perusahaan Keluarga, Dan Keragaman Gender Terhadap Filantropi Perusahaan (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Sektor Kesehatan Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Tahun 2014-2022)

This study aims to determine the influence of political connections, family companies, and gender diversity on the corporate philanthropy sector in health companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2022. The dependent variable is corporate philanthropy, is measured using total donations. The independent variable is political connections, is measured using the total political connections owned by the main commissioner, the family firm variable is measured using the percentage of share ownership in the company, and gender diversity is measured using a dummy. The control variables used are the size of the company's, leverage and ROA. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 24 companies. This research uses quantitative data and the analytical method used is descriptive analysis. The research method uses regression analysis using the STATA application. The results of this research show that political connections and family companies has no significant effect on corporate philanthropy, while gender has a positive effect on corporate philanthropy. The results of this research are useful in practice for understanding the deeper functions of political connections, family companies, and gender diversity and utilizing these variables to improve corporate philanthropy.
