Pengaruh Kepemilikan Manajerial, Ukuran Perusahaan Dan Biaya Agensi Terhadap Financial Distress (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Real Estate dan Properti yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2020-2022)

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of managerial ownership on financial distress, (2) the effect of firm size on financial distress, (3) the effect of agency cost on financial distress. Financial distress is measured using the Zmijewski method. The population in this study are real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. In this study, the sample obtained was 23 companies which were obtained using purposive sampling method. This study uses secondary data obtained from annual reports. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with the analysis of (SPSS). the result of this study indicate that the managerial ownership, firm size and agency cost affects the financial distress.
