This research aims to empirically prove the influence of subjective norms, attitudes towards behavior, perceived behavioral control and Machiavellian traits on students' intentions to carry out whistleblowing actions among Riau University accounting students. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources obtained from distributing questionnaires. This research uses accounting students at Riau University as the sample. The sampling technique in this research used purposive sampling. The respondents in this research were 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistikal Product and Service Solutions) version 26. The results of this research analysis show that attitudes towards behavior and perceptions of behavioral control influence students' intentions to take whistleblowing actions. On the other hand, subjective norms and Machiavellian traits do not influence students' intentions to carry out whistleblowing actions.
