Pengaruh Kompensasi, Kepemimpinan Dan Komunikasi Organisasi Terhadap Komitmen Karyawan Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Kemasan Di Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation, leadership, and organizational communication on employee commitment at Perusahaan Manufaktur Kemasan di Pekanbaru . The population of this study consists of 78 employees of Perusahaan Manufaktur Kemasan di Pekanbaru . The sampling technique used in this research is non-probability sampling, specifically purposive sampling, with the sample criteria being factory employees of Perusahaan Manufaktur Kemasan di Pekanbaru . A total of 48 employees were selected as the sample. The analytical method employed in this study is multiple linear regression, processed using SPSS software. The results of the hypothesis testing show that, simultaneously, compensation, leadership, and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Partially, compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Leadership also has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment. Similarly, organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on employee commitment.
