Karakteristik Dan Kebutuhan Parkir Mobil Penumpang Di Rumah Sakit Syafira Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
Syafira Hospital Pekanbaru was originally established as Syafira Clinic in 2006, now handling an average of 3,200 patients per month with a total of 12 polyclinics. Limited land has led to the use of the road shoulder as a parking lot, long parking duration and ineffective management, which leads to traffic congestion. The methods used in this study include parking accumulation survey, parking duration, and parking demand calculation method based on parking space unit (SRP). In addition, multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to identify the relationship model between the independent variables and the dependent variable. The analysis showed that the maximum parking accumulation reached 215 SRP on Saturday, with parking volumes of 579 and 593 cars respectively. The average parking duration was recorded at 1.987 hours on Monday and 1.883 hours on Saturday, while the parking capacity increased from 99 vehicles on Monday to 134 vehicles on Saturday. The highest parking turnover rate on Saturdays shows 3-4 turnovers in one parking lot, with a parking index of 1.09 on Mondays and 1.18 on Saturdays. In the multiple linear regression analysis, the parking demand equation was found to be Y = -69.917 - 0.475X1 - 0.372X2 - 0.585X3 - 0.054X4 + 1.812 + 1.812X5. indicating that several variables significantly contribute to parking demand. Based on the model planning results, a combination parking pattern using 90°, 60°, and parallel angles is recommended, which produced a parking index of 0.89. With the implementation of this parking pattern, the number of parking spaces increased from 197 to 259, adding 62 new spaces.
