Analisis Kinerja Bangunan Utama Bendung Kaiti, Pegadis, Samo Dan Saluran Suplesi Di Daerah Irigasi Osaka Kabupaten Rokan Hulu

ABSTRACT
The OSAKA Irrigation Area (DI) in Rokan Hulu Regency, Riau Province, is an
important area in supporting local agricultural productivity. This study aims to
analyze the performance of the main dam structures (Kaiti Dam, Pegadis Dam,
and Samo Dam) as well as the supply channels in the OSAKA Irrigation Area,
based on PUPR Regulation No. 12/PRT/M/2015. The methods used include field
surveys, inventory of physical conditions, and analysis of primary and secondary
data. The research results show that Bendung Kaiti and Bendung Samo have poor
performance with index values of 69.23% and 67.17%, respectively, while
Bendung Pegadis has good performance with an index value of 80.39%. For the
supply channel, a performance value of 71.23% was obtained, which is
categorized as in good condition but requires special attention in maintenance.
Overall, the main building and supply channel can still function optimally, but
regular maintenance and local repairs are needed to ensure their sustainability.
This research is expected to serve as a reference for improving the irrigation
network and enhancing the effectiveness of water distribution in the area.
