Pengaruh Jumlah Industri Kecil, Industri Menengah Dan Upah Minimum Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Pada Sektor Ikm Di Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research to analyze the absorption of labor in the small and medium
industry sector (IKM) in Pekanbaru City. Based on data obtained from the
Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Service and the Pekanbaru City Central
Statistics Agency, the number of small and medium industries (IKM) and minimum
wages in Pekanbaru City have increased, of course this requires attention
regarding how it affects labor absorption in the small and medium industry sector.
The approach method used in this research is a quantitative method using multiple
linear regression data analysis methods with the ordinary least square (OLS)
technique using SPSS. The independent variables used are the number of small
industries, medium industries and minimum wages and the dependent variable used
is labor absorption in the IKM sector. The results of this study indicate that the
variable number of small industries and the medium industry variable have an
effect and are significant on labor absorption in the IKM sector. While the minimum
wage variable has a negative but not significant effect on labor absorption in the
IKM sector in Pekanbaru City.
