This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the performance of small and medium enterprises PT. Jasa Raharja Pekanbaru Branch Office includes the influence of entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial orientation which will be seen both simultaneously and partially. The population in this study were 70 Small and Medium Enterprises. The census method is used to get the sample, which according to this method all populations can be studied.The collected data comprise two kinds of them; primary data and secondary data. The techniques of collecting data are in the form of questionnaire, interview and library research. The descriptive and statistics are used to analyze the data by applying Eviews version 9 in order to determine the linear regression among factors. The research findings show that Entrepreneurship Competency and Entrepreneurship Orientation have a significant effect on business performance, whereas if viewed partially, Entrepreneurship Competence has a significant effect on business performance and entrepreneurial orientation has a significant effect on business performance.
