Pengaruh Tata Kelola Pemerintahan, Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan Dan Sistem Pengendalian Intern Pemerintah Terhadap Kinerja Instansi Pemerintah (Studi Pada Organisasi Perangkat Daerah Provinsi Riau)

This research aims to invetigate the effect of Governance,
Organizational Culture, Leadership Style and Government Internal Control
System on the Government Agency Performance in Regional Organization
(OPD) of Riau Province. The population in this research is Regional
Organization (OPD) in government Riau Province which includes office,
agency, Inspektorat, and sekretariat of DPRD. The data was collected by
distributing questionnaires which is given to 90 respondents, but only 81
(90%) respondents who fill out the questionnaires completely and can be
processed. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS
program version 23. The results of this research show that presentation of
governance, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style, and Government
Internal Control System was significantly on government agency
performance.
