Pemanfaatan Instagram Akun @Rumahjamurnando Sebagai Media Dalam Mempromosikan Wisata Edukasi Berbasis Jamur Di Pekanbaru

Instagram is one of the social media that not only serves to make it easier for
users to interact with other users, but can also be used as a disseminator of various
information. This is because Instagram provides many features to make it easier
for users to communicate and Instagram is also a medium that provides information
that can be used by individuals, communities, organizations and others. Message
exposure on Instagram social media is a medium for disseminating information that
has the potential for users to obtain information. This study discusses the use of the
@rumahjamurnando Instagram account in promoting mushroom-based
educational tourism in Pekanbaru.
The purpose of this study was to determine the activities of advertising, sales
promotion, public promotion, direct marketing and personal selling on the
Instagram account @rumahjamurnando in promoting mushroom-based
educational tourism in Pekanbaru. This study uses a qualitative method. The
research subjects were 6 people. Data collection techniques are observation,
interviews, and documentation. The technique of testing the validity of the data uses
the credibility technique with the triangulation method. Technical analysis of data
using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The results of this study indicate that advertising activities, sales promotions,
public releases, direct marketing and personal selling on the Instagram account
@rumahjamurnando as a means of promotion have utilized Instagram well as a
promotional medium. The concept of promoting the Nando mushroom house
educational tour is well made, such as posting content in the form of information
and activities related to activities in the tour. Instagram features are almost entirely
utilized by educational tours of the nando mushroom house. The impact obtained
through promotions on the @rumahjmaurnando Instagram account is that visits
increase every year and followers increase every month.
