ABSTRACT
Currently, many companies still use conventional methods as floor slab, where in this conventional floor slab work uses wood as the formwork and take a long time in the process of working on it. In addition, wood is slowly getting harder to get and the price is also expensive. For this reason, we need other technological alternatives to minimize the use of wood. One alternative to wood that we can use is floor deck (steel deck). The purpose of this study is to determine the cost and time of carrying out floor deck (steel deck) floor slab work. For estimate calculation using Microsoft excel.
From the results of this study, it was found that: (1) floor deck slab work based on AHSP 2016 requires a cost of Rp. 129,516,700.00- (one hundred twenty-nine million five hundred sixteen thousand seven hundred rupiah), while the cost of steel deck floor slab work based on data in the field requires a cost of Rp.108,356,700.00- (one hundred eight million three hundred and fifty-six thousand seven hundred rupiah). (2) RAB analysis of steel deck floor slab work based on data in the field is more economical 8.90% of the planning data (AHSP 2016). (3) Based on the total time required to complete steel deck floor slab work according to data in the field is 7 days, while based on AHSP 2016 floor deck work takes 27 days. (4) So the cost of steel deck floor slab work based on field data (project) is lower than the planning cost (AHSP) and in terms of the length of time steel deck floor slab work based on data in the field is faster to work on than data according to planning (AHSP). (5) So labor productivity on floor slab work based on field data (projects) is greater than labor productivity based on planning (AHSP).
