Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pengalaman Kerja Dan Tingkat Upah Terhadap Tingkat Produktivitas Tenaga Kerja Tenun Songket Di Pekanbaru
This research aims to determine the effect of education, wages, and work experience on increasing the productivity of the songket weaving workforce in Pekanbaru, as well as to determine which variables have a more dominant effect on increasing the productivity of the songket weaving industry in Pekanbaru. The population in this research were all workers in the songket weaving industry in Pekanbaru, as many as 143 people. This research used Morgan and Krejcie tables based on an error of 5%, so that 103 workers were obtained as the research samples. The data analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression by using the SPSS 26 program. The results show that education, wage levels, and work experience have a simultaneous effect on labor productivity in the songket weaving industry in Pekanbaru. Partially, the education level variable (X1) has no effect on labor productivity, the wage level (X2) has a positive effect on labor productivity, and work experience (X3) has a positive effect on labor productivity. Of the three independent variables, the wage level is the variable that has the most dominant effect on increasing the productivity of songket weaving workers in Pekanbaru. The magnitude of the effect (R2) of these three variables together on the dependent variable is 92,4%, while the remaining 7,6% is affected by other variables not included in this research.
