Perancangan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Evaluasi Penilaian Kinerja Guru Menggunakan Metode Simple Additive Weighting

ABSTRACT
Teacher performance assessment is an assessment of each item of the teacher's main task activity. The problems in assessing the performance of teachers at SDN 001 Tagaraja so far are the length of the process of assessing teacher performance because the assessment criteria and the large number of teachers causes the school principal to have difficulty collecting teacher data because teacher data is collected or combined based on the theme of the activity. From these problems, in order to get faster and more precise teacher performance assessment results, it is necessary to have a Decision Support System (SPK). This scoring system includes four criteria, namely; Pedagogic, Personality, Social, and Professional. This system will greatly assist school principals in carrying out Teacher Performance Assessments and also reduce errors during Teacher Performance Assessments. For the System Testing Phase using Blackbox Testing and Usability Testing. Decision Support Systems using the Simple Additive Weighting can be used as a solution to overcome the above problems. A decision support system is a specific information system that is intended to assist in making a decision regarding this issue. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is also commonly referred to as additive weighting. By using this method to get test results on Blackbox Testing with a percentage of 100% and Usability Testing with a percentage of 94,3%.
