Sikap Dan Perilaku Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Keripik Cabe Ika Di Kota Dumai
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze the attitudes and behavior of consumers in purchasing chili Ika chips in the city of Dumai. This research was conducted in Dumai City. The research method is a survey. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 96 samples with the criteria of consumers shopping at least 1x with a sample age of ≥ 25 years. The method of data analysis uses the attitude model, the subjective norm model and the behavioral model uses the theory of reasoned action. The results showed that the overall value of consumer attitudes towards the attributes of Ika chili chips, namely taste, texture, price, packaging, product quality, expiration date, and ease of obtaining, was positive at 12.07 and included in the good category. This means that consumers have a good attitude and are satisfied with the attributes of Ika chili chips. Consumer behavior in buying chili Ika chips in Dumai City has a positive value of 500.151 . This means that consumer behavior in purchasing Ika chili chips is good.
