Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di SMA Negeri Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and work environment on teacher performance at SMA Negeri Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency. This research was carried out in two locations, namely SMA Negeri 2 and SMA Negeri 3 Sungai Apit. The research population consisted of all teachers in the two schools with a total of 42 people, and the entire population was used as a research sample using the census method, namely making the entire population the research sample. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression analysis techniques, as well as partial, simultaneous hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results showed that work motivation (t count 6.196 > t table 2.024; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), work discipline (t count
3.946 > t table 2.024; sig. 0.000 < 0.05), and work environment (t count 2.572 > t table 2.022; sig. 0.014 < 0.05) each has a significant positive influence on teacher performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant effect on teacher performance with a calculated f value of 42.909 > f table 2.85. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.772 shows that 77.2% of the variation in teacher performance is influenced by work motivation, work discipline and work environment, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this research model.
