Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Komitmen Organisasi, Dan Independensi Terhadap Kinerja Auditor (Studi Pada BPKP Dan BPK-RI Perwakilan Provinsi Riau)

This research is done using survey method. Research is done to study BPKP Province of Riau and BPK-RI branch of Riau. The aim of this research is to find out empirical evidence of organization culture, leadership style, commitment and independency to auditor performance.
Population of this research is auditor in BPKP Province of Riau and BPK-RI branch of Riau. Number of sample is 180, from two different offices. 117 auditors from BPKP and 63 auditors from BPK-RI. Data used is primary data, collected by questioner. Data analysis method is multiple regression with SPSS 17.00 software.
The result show that organization culture does not have significant effect to the auditor performance, with regression coefficient 0.031, and significance 0.569. leadership style has significant effect to auditor performance, with regression coefficient 0.188 and significance 0.001. commitment has significant effect with regression coefficient 0.226 and significance 0.000. independency has significant effect to audit quality with regression coefficient 0.528 and significance 0.000. Alpha of all variables is 0.05. adjusted value R square is 0.681, which means that 66.7% independent variable in this research can affect dependent variable, the rest 33.3% is shown by other variables which are not included in this research. They are understanding of good governance, motivation, objectivity, integrity, etc.
