Pengaruh Latihan Shadow Drill Terhadap Kecepatan Pemain Basket Putra Sman Handayani Pekanbaru

Results indicate that identification problems handayani Pekanbaru High School basketball player is lacking when close rival movements are affected by one of the physical condition that is speed. Among efforts to enhance the true speed is an effective and efficient training. Therefore this study aimed to determine the significant influence of method of speed training drill shadow High School basketball player Handayani Pekanbaru.
These research is experimental. The research was conducted in Pekanbaru Handayani High School basketball team. Research data obtained and collected through the pretest and posttest before and after training ie training form shadow drill. Descriptive data obtained.
From the results of this analysis shows that there is a significant influence on the speed of training methods High School basketball player Handayani Pekanbaru. Based on the calculation of statistical t test analysis produces 6.93 tcomputing with 1,782 ttable at 0.05 significant status. Means tcomputing > ttabel until it can be concluded that Ho refused and H1 accepted. Average increase of 5.76 when tested by t test reveals that larger tcomputing ttabel, then shadow training drill for 16 times speed to improve the physical condition of the signifiikan.
