In the process of making extruder machine to produce plastic pellets in small industry , there are several steps : (1 ) the initial design of screw conveyor includes forms , order forms , the position of the electric motor , reducer , barrels , heaters and hopper , a model fitting part - appliance parts , ( 2 ) Preparation and assembly of components for industrial pellet extruder machine plastic , includes machining processes and welding processes , ( 3 ) Making the heating system , gas burning system . Industrial extruder machine for small plastic pellets that are made and designed using elektromotor 0.5 HP 1 phase , using reduction reducer with 1:30 to round produced 15.56 rpm , long preheating ± 30 minutes . In the results of the testing process industry extruder machine for plastic pellets , the average yield that can be produced 0.32 kg / hour .
