Komunikasi Interpersonal Pimpinan Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kampar
In an organization, communication becomes an absolute necessity so that organizational goals are expected to be achieved, which can provide good service to the community so that the population and civil registration office to get a positive image of the community. Communication organization that can effectively support the sustainability of the organization. Conversely, if the communication process has little or no harmony can cause a variety of problems affecting the achievement of organizational goals, especially misunderstandings and conflicts. The aim of this study is to explain how the interpersonal communication leadership in improving performance in service of population and civil registration Kampar district. This research was conducted in the department of population and civil registration Kampar district, which is located on the road A. Rahman Saleh, Kampar. This study used a qualitative descriptive study describes and interprets the data. Informants in this study was the leader and subordinates, using techniques purposiv. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that interpersonal communication is done leadership has been running well in the department of population and civil registration Kampar district. In this case, the leadership can provide motivation, spirit and recognize the characteristics of each of his subordinates in improving the performance of the final results of subordinates can work well by considering five aspects: openness, empathy, positive behaviors, attitudes supportive and equality. Openness, where leaders and subordinates have shown the attitude of openness to one another with regard subordinates as friends and vice versa. Empathy, in which the leaders and subordinates can feel what each other. Positive behavior, leaders have shown a positive attitude to motivate subordinates to work properly. Supportive attitude, an attitude leaders and subordinates show support to receive and give feedback to each other. Equality, where the leadership does not feel smarter than subordinates and subordinates feel appreciated it.
