Pengaruh Perang Dagang Amerika Serikat-Tiongkok Terhadap Ekspor Besi Dan Baja Indonesia Ke Amerika Serikat Tahun 2018

The trade war between the United States and Tiongkok that continues to
escalate will hamper global economic growth. America and Tiongkok each
impose higher tariffs on several export products that are worth tens of billions of
dollars. The positive impact when Tiongkok market share is closed in America or
vice versa, then this could be an opportunity for Indonesia to take advantage of
the open market in America. To take advantage of open market opportunities in
the United States, Indonesia succeeded in seizing opportunities and increasing
exports to the United States of iron and steel.
This research method uses qualitative methods. This study uses the
perspective of liberalism in which state actors are important actors in
international relations. This study is analyzed using the nation-state level
analysis. This study uses interdependence theory, which states that
interdependence is for the country's economy..
Research shows that In the process of a trade war between the United
States and Tiongkok, Indonesia took advantage of the trade war between the
United States and Tiongkok to increase exports of iron and steel to the United
States, namely by taking advantage of opportunities. Indonesia iron and steel
exports to the United States are marked by an increase in exports, it can be said
to be successfull but not dominated by Indonesia, because Indonesia only gets
encouragement from the United States.
