Pengaruh Promosi, Kualitas Produk Dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Pada Jasa Servis Kendaraan Dan Penyedia Sparepart Mobil Pt Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the Influence of Promotion, Product Quality and
Service Quality on Purchase Decisions in Vehicle Service and Car Spare Parts
Provider PT Dalimo Jaya Motor Pekanbaru. The population in this study
consisted of all consumers/customers who visited the PT Dalimo Jaya Motor
Pekanbaru workshop. The sampling technique used in this research was nonprobability
sampling with purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 50
consumers. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression
analysis using SPSS Version 26 software. The results showed that there is a
positive and significant influence of Promotion on Purchase Decisions. There is a
positive and significant influence of Product Quality on Purchase Decisions.
There is a positive and significant influence of Service Quality on Purchase
Decisions. There is a positive and significant simultaneous influence of
Promotion, Product Quality, and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions.
